Brian Pitaniello, a lifelong financial advisor, entered the profession in 1990 after graduating from Lubbock Christian University, where he played baseball and studied business administration.

As he built his practice helping many physicians, business owners, executives and pre-retirees with their financial services needs, Brian developed the philosophy that would define the way he works with clients today. In 1999 Brian and several likeminded colleagues teamed up to create what would eventually be known as PFG Advisors, a comprehensive financial planning firm unique to the Greater Lubbock region.

Brian is firmly committed to the financial planning process and believes that all solutions come from a plan, one that organizes all financial documents, keeps updated financials, and is constantly monitored to measure progress toward the desired results. Brian also specializes in the area of retirement income planning, which takes place at the point in which clients are ready to convert their savings into a retirement income stream to last them throughout the remainder of their life. What he loves most about his work is the ability to work with people on a daily basis, and to help them solve some of the biggest challenges in their lives.

Brian stays current with changes in the industry through continuing education. He has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and the Certified Family Business Specialist  (CFBS) designations. Outside of work he is passionate about baseball and Texas Tech. He serves as the President of the Board of the Lubbock Christian School.

Family and faith are Brian’s highest priorities. Brian and his wife, Tammy, have three children: Brianna, Brooks and Hunter. They reside in Lubbock, Texas.
